Golden Seed Crackers for Brain Health, Mood & Everyday Nourishment
For so many of us, especially women, the message growing up was loud and clear: fat is bad and low-fat is good. It shaped how we ate, how we thought about food, and how we judged ourselves.
But that little big lie left most of us under-fuelled in one of the most important ways: we were missing the right kinds of fats - the ones that support brain health, mood, focus, hormones, and long-lasting energy.
Here’s the reality we weren’t taught:
Around 60% of the human brain is made of fat.
No wonder our bodies function better when they receive the essential fatty acids they were designed to thrive on.
These golden, crisp seed crackers are such a simple way to bring those nourishing fats back in. They’re rich in ALA omega-3s (from flax and linseeds), packed with B vitamins for energy, high in fibre, and include psyllium husk — an easy way to feed your gut, the foundation of calm and clear thinking.
A perfect Sunday recipe for clever snacking, afternoon pick-me-ups or sprinkling over soups and salads for an effortless omega boost.
